It's Official... Maggie's IN FOAL!

We found out on Aug. 25th that "Maggie" (CES Genuine Artist) is in fact in foal to "Junior" (Zippos Goldn Mover, http://www.triplejna.com/). Due Date is April 26th, 2010.

Maggie is an own daughter of World Champion Indian Artifacts(http://www.whatiwork4.com/), one the top HUS stallions in the nation. Indian Artifacts by by the great Artful Move (http://www.artfulmove.com/) also a World Champion and Leading Sire of HUS horses in AQHA. She was not broke to ride due to an injury she had when she was a weanling. She has arthritis as a result and not sure she could handle the physical demands of training.

We are very excited to see what comes as a result this great pairing. I have had much success with crossing my TB mare and Maggie's Dam, Raven (A Genuine Shot) to Junior twice before now. Junior sires good minded, correct foals.

Maggie's 2 YO half bro, Jack, and son of Junior is broke under saddle and being shown WP in 4-H in Pa. He stands 16 Hands at just 2 yrs old!!!! WOW! See older post of Jack below.

Zippos Goldn Twilight aka Bella. 4 months young!

4 Months old and growing into a beautiful HUS prospect! We are very excited about the future with Bella and foresee great things coming her way. Look for her in the Weanling Mares Futurity in Oct. at the CVPHC Fall Futurity in Lexington, Va.

Congrats to Julie and Jerry Slemp on their purchase of this stunning filly by their Stud horse, Zippos Goldn Mover.

Evening Show Series

Hey Everyone,

It's been a long time since I've posted anything... it's been a busy past couples months.

Our evening show series was VERY successful. We had a very good turn-out at most(if not all) of the shows. We would like to thank ALL of our Exhibitors for coming out and supporting our shows this summer! THANK YOU!

We will continue to have our Evening Show Series next summer starting Mid-June and we have plans of perhaps having evening shows on the weekends (Fri. or Sat. nights) to replace our Sunday shows. They would start in the afternoons and go on into the evening. Suggestions welcome!
